A RESOLUTION APPROVING A METES AND BOUNDS SUBDIVISION,
EUGENE KLEIN, 8412 GREAT PLAINS BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, Eugene Klein is requesting to subdivide his 1.5 acre
property located at 8412 Great Plains Boulevard by metes and bounds
into two single family lots of 29,172 square feet and 20,000 square
feet.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Chanhassen City
Council hereby approves the metes and bounds subdivision of the
Klein property as legally described on the attached Exhibits A and
B.
Passed and adopted by the Chanhassen City Council this 28th
day of September, 1992.
