78-20 e e e .' . . ~ CITY OF CHANHASSEN CARVER AND HENNEPIN COUNTIES, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION Dated: May 1, 1978 Motion by Councilman: Pearson Resolution No: 78-~O Seconded by Councilman: Neveaux Partial Vacation of West 68th Street WHEREAS, The City has received a Petition from Dunn and Curry Real Estate Management, Inc., an owner of property abutting on that portion of West 68th Street, which lies west of Nez Perce and east of County Road No. 17, praying for the vacation of said roadway; and WHEREAS, A public hearing was held on said Petition on May 1, 1978; and WHEREAS, Said public hearing was preceded by two weeks' published and posted notice as required by Section 412.851 of Minnesota Statutes; and WHEREAS, There is no public interest to be served by the continued public ownership of that portion of the above described roadway, which is des.cribed on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That all that portion of West 68th Street, as more particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof is hereby vacated.
