This was being held by Sharmeen until Landscaping and final inspections for the site passed. I've attached an e-mail in which Jamie/Manuel were working with Dario to get the site in compliance with their approved plans (last communication I have). In reviewing the engineer's estimate attached to the security, it appears the private stormwater facilities ($14,100), ESC ($10,403), and Landscaping ($6,470) securities are all being tied to final landscaping inspection. Once that Landscaping inspection passes the release letter can be drafted and released. I'm CC'n Eric so he can coordinate who will sign the letter when the time comes, and as a reminder of the amendment to their agreement regarding parking and a potential evaluation deadline of 10/10/2024.
