1990 05 30 BORCHANHASSEN CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING BOARD OF EOUALIZATION AND REVZEW MAY 30, 1990 Hayor Chmiel called the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m.. COUNCILMEMBERS PRESENT: Hayor Chmlel, Councilwoman Dlmler, Councilman Johnson and Councilman Workman arrived during Larry Zamor's presentation. COUNCILMEMBERS ABSENT: Councilman Boyt STAFF PRESENT: Don Ashworth, City Hanager; and Orlin Schafer and Scott Winter from the County Assessor's Office APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Councilman Johnson moved, Councilwoman Oimler seconded to approve the Hlnutes of the Board of Equalization and Review meeting dated Hay 15, 1990 as presented. All voted in favor and the motlon carrled. The following Chanhassen residents were present at the meeting and the Board of Equalization heard their comments and then voted on each parcel individually. 12. Ron Nielsen 3980 Stratford Ridge Lot 5, Block 1 Bought property in 1989 for Stratford Rldge $166,000. Assessed in 1990 for $264,000.
