• "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 3-A, ADOPTED
JANUARY 19, 1970, AND REGULATING THE USE OF STREETS AND HIGHWAYS
WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF CHANHASSEN, INCORPORATING PROVISIONS OF
THE STATE HIGHWAY TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT BY REFERENCE; AND IM-
POSING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF. "

THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF CHANHASSEN ORDAINS:
Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3-A, adopted January 19,
1970, and entitled "An Ordinance Regulating the Use of Streets and Highways
Within the Village of Chanhassen, Incorporating Provisions of the State High-
way Traffic Regulation Act by Reference; and Imposing a Penalty for the Violation
Thereof", is hereby amended to read:
Section 1. Highway Traffic Regulation Act Incorporated
by Reference:
The Minnesota Highway Traffic Regulation Act, as last
amended by Laws of 1971, one copy of which is on file
in the office of the Village Clerk, is hereby adopted as
the Traffic Regulation Code of the Village for the purpose
of regulating the use of highways, streets and alleys
within the Village of Chanhassen. Every provision con-
tained in said Highway Traffic Regulation Act is hereby
adopted and made a part of this ordinance as if fully set
forth herein.
Section 2. Effective Date.
