Ordinance 003cVILLAGE OF CHANHASSEN CARVER AND HENNEPIN COUNTIES, MINNESOTA ORDINANCE NO. 3-C AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3-A, REGULATING THE USE OF STREETS AND HIGHWAYS WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF CHANHASSEN. • THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF CHANHASSEN ORDAINS: Section 1. Section 4.02 of Ordinance 3-A, adopted January 19, 1970, and entitled "An Ordinance Regulating the Use of Streets and Highways Within the Village of Chanhassen...", is hereby amended to read: Section 4.02 Parking Prohibitions. (a) In order to expedite the prompt and efficient re- moval of snow from the streets of the Village, no person shall park any vehicle or permit it to stand upon any street within the Village when there is an accumulation of more than two inches of snow on the street and snow is falling or has fallen within the previous 24 hours or snow is blowing or has been blowing within the previous 24 hours. Parking may be resumed on individual streets as soon as the snow has been removed from said streets, except as may be otherwise restricted by ordinance or state law. (b) No person shall park any vehicle or permit it to stand upon West 78th Street between its intersection with 16 Laredo Drive and Erie Avenue between the hours of 2:00 A.M. and 6:00 A.M. of each day. (c) No person shall park any vehicle or permit it to stand upon fire lanes established on public and private property by the Village Fire Chief. (d) No person shall park any vehicle exceeding 6 feet 6 inches in height or permit it to stand upon West 78th Street between its intersection with Great Plains Boulevard to Laredo Drive. Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and publication.
