ORDINANCE NO. 26C
• AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHANHASSEN TOWNSHIP ORDINANCE NO. 1,
ZONING ORDINANCE, TO REZONE FROM FARM RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO
BUSINESS DISTRICT.
THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF CHANHASSEN ORDAINS:
Section 1. Section 12 of Township Ordinance No. 1 is hereby
amended by adding the following subparagraphs:
(e) The following described tract of land is hereby
zoned as Business District as defined in Chanhassen
Tow nship Ordinance No. 1 as amended:
All that part of the East 433 feet of the South-
west Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of
Section 12, Township 116, Range 23, Carver
County, Minnesota, lying Southerly of the
North 864.98 feet thereof, excepting therefrom
the South 295 feet thereof.
(f) The following described tract of land is hereby
zoned as Business District as defined in Chanhassen
Township Ordinance No. 1 as amended:
All that part of the East 990 feet of the South-
west Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of
Section 12, Township 116, Range 23, Carver
County, Minnesota, lying Southerly of the North
864.98 feet thereof, excepting therefrom the
East 433 feet thereof.
(g) The following described tract of land is hereby
zoned as Business District as defined in Chanhassen
Township Ordinance No. 1 as amended:
• The South 295 feet of the East 433 feet of the
Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
of Section 12, Township 116, Range 23,
• Carver County, Minnesota.

Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in force and effect from and
after its passage and publication.
