Ordinance 029as • 4 • 0 y VILLAGE OF CHANHASSEN CARVER AND HENNEPIN COUNTIES, MINNESOTA ORDINANCE NO. 29 A AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 4 and 6 OF ORDINANCE NO. 29, ADOPTED JULY 1, 1968, AND ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE SETTING FORTH URBAN AND RURAL SERVICE DISTRICTS IN THE VILLAGE OF CHANHASSEN, MINNESOTA, AND RELATING TO TAXATION OF LANDS". THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF CHANHASSEN ORDAINS: Section 1. Section 4 and Section 6 of Ordinance No. 29, adopted July 1, 1968, and entitled "An Ordinance Setting Forth Urban and Rural Service Districts in the Village of Chanhassen, Minnesota, and Relating to Taxation of Lands" are hereby amended to read: Section 4. Only those lands described in and by the following real estate tax parcel numbers, acreages and the name of the owner thereof as shown on the records of the Auditor, Carver County, Minnesota, shall be included in the rural service district: • • .7 0 Section 6. In the judgment of the Village Council, the ratio which exists between the benefits resulting from tax supported municipal service to pxcels in the rural service district and to parcels in the urban service district is 'T per cent, plus any municipal property taxes levied for payments of bonds and judgments and interest thereon. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage, filing with the Auditor, Carver County, Minnesota, and publication.
