Ordinance 030bRHL 3/16/70 VILLAGE OF CHANHASSEN CARVER AND HENNEPIN COUNTIES, MINNESOTA ORDINANCE NO. 30 B • AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 1, 4 and 7 OF ORDINANCE NO. 30, THE CHANHASSEN PLUMBING CODE. THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF CHANHASSEN ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 1, Section 4 and Section 7 of Ordinance No. 30 adopted October 21, 1968, and entitled "The Chanhassen Plumbing Code" are hereby amended to read: Section 1. MINNESOTA PLUMBING CODE. The Minnesota Plumbing Code, three copies of which are on • file in the office of the Village Clerk of the Village of Chan- hassen, each being marked "Official Copy, Village of •Chanhassen", adopted by the Minnesota State Board of Health in May of 1969, and filed with the Secretary of State and Depart- ment of Administration of the State of Minnesota in June of 1969, be and the same is hereby adopted as the Plumbing Code of the Village of Chanhassen for the purpose of regulating the installation of plumbing and plumbing fixtures in all buildings within the Village; and the regulations, provisions, conditions, terms and penalties of said Minnesota Plumbing Code are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this ordinance except for the amendments, deletions and additions thereof hereinafter set forth. Section 4. BOND. 4.01 Bond. No person, firm or corporation shall engage in or work at the business of a master plumber or journeyman plumber in the Village of Chanhassen unless licensed to do so by the Minnesota State Board of Health; and no person, firm or corpora- tion shall engage in the business of installation, alteration, extension, or repair of plumbing systems within the Village without first filing with the Clerk a corporate surety bond in the amount of • $2, 000.00 in favor of the Village and the public, said bond to be in the form prescribed by the Village and conditioned upon the faithful performance of contracts and compliance with this ordinance. • • • • • 0 0 q* RH L 3/16/70 Section 7. INSPECTIONS AND TESTS. 7.01 Reinspection. A reinspection fee of $10.00 shall be payable to the Village for each reinspection required by Section MHD 134(b) (3) of the Minnesota Plumbing Code.
