rORDINANCE NO. 101
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 80,
THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHANHASSEN
THE CITY COUNCIL OF CHANHASSEN ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. That Article III, Section 20-202 of the
"Chanhassen City Code" is hereby amended to rezone A-2,
Agricultural Estate District to IOP, Industrial Office Park
District for the following described property located within the
City of Chanhassen, Minnesota:
Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 1 and Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 2,
Audubon Court
SECTION 2. The Zoning Map of the City of Chanhassen shall
not be republished to show the rezoning, but the Clerk shall
appropriately mark the zoning map on file in the Clerk's Office
for the purposes of indicating the rezoning provided for in this
Ordinance and all of the notations, references, and other infor-
mation shown thereon are hereby incorporated by reference and
made a part of this Ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
• from and after its publication according to law.

April, 1989.
