Ordinance 150CITY OF CHANHASSEN • CARVER AND HENNEPIN COUNTIES, MINNESOTA ORDINANCE NO. 150 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14 OF THE CHANHASSEN CITY CODE CONCERNING RULES IN CITY PARRS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHANHASSEN ORDAINS: Section 1. Chapter 14 of the Chanhassen City Code is amended by adding Section 14-68 to read as follows: Glass Receptacles. No person shall have in his or her possession a glass bottle, glass container, or glass receptacle within a City park. Section 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and publication. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Chanhassen City Council this 10th . day of June , 1991.
