ORDINANCE NO. 219
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 20 OF THE
CHANHASSEN CITY CODE, THE ZONING ORDINANCE,
CONCERNING VEHICLE AREA LANDSCAPING STANDARDS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHANHASSEN ORDAINS:
Section 1. Section 20-1181 (b) (4) of the Chanhassen City Code is amended to
read:
Sec. 20-1181. Vehicular areas.
(b) Interior landscaping for vehicular use areas:
(4) In order to encourage the required landscape area to be properly dispersed,
is
a minimum of one (1) peninsular, island, or boulevard type landscaped area
shall be located within each six thousand (6,000) square feet of vehicular use
area.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediately following its passage and
publication.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of September, 1994, by the City Council of
the City of Chanhassen.
