ORDINANCE NO. 235
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 10
OF THE CHANHASSEN CITY CODE CONCERNING
SALES OF INTOXICATING LIQUOR
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHANHASSEN ORDAINS:
Section 1. Section 10-80 of the Chanhassen City Code is amended to read as follows:
It shall be unlawful for any person, except a licensed pharmacist to sell, give,
barter, furnish, deliver, or dispose of, in any manner, either directly or indirectly, any
spirituous, vinous, malt, or fermented liquors containing more than one-half of one
percent of alcohol by volume in any quantity, for any purpose, whatever, to any person
under the age of twenty-one (21) years, or to any intoxicated person, or habitual
drunkard, or to any person to whom sale is prohibited by state law.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and
publication.
