Ordinance 268• • 40 CITY OF CHANHASSEN CARVER AND HENNEPIN COUNTIES, MINNESOTA ORDINANCE NO.268 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 20 OF THE CHANHASSEN CITY CODE The City Council of the City of Chanhassen ordains: Section 1. Chapter 2, Division 3, Sec. 2-68 (a). (Public Safety Commission) Members, is hereby amended to read as follows: The Public Safety Commission shall be appointed by the City Council and consist of seven (7) voting members that shall be residents of the city who are neither city officials, employees of the city, or employees of the police agency. Section 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and publication. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Chanhassen this 12`h day of May, 1997.
