Ordinance 279CITY OF CHANHASSEN • CARVER AND HENNEPIN COUNTIES, MINNESOTA ORDINANCE NO. 27q— AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 10, DIVISION 3 OF THE CHANHASSEN CITY CODE CONCERNING INTOXICATING LIQUOR THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHANHASSEN ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 10-107(e) of the Chanhassen City Code is amended to read: A license will not be renewed if, in the case of an individual, the licensee is not a resident of the State of Minnesota at the time of renewal; if, in the case of a partnership, the managing partner is not a resident of the State of Minnesota at the time of renewal; or, in the case of a corporation, if the manager is not a resident of the State of Minnesota at the time of • renewal. The time for establishing residence may, for good cause, be extended by the City Council. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and publication.
