ORDINANCE NO. 27q—
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 10, DIVISION 3
OF THE CHANHASSEN CITY CODE
CONCERNING INTOXICATING LIQUOR
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHANHASSEN ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 10-107(e) of the Chanhassen City Code is amended to read:
A license will not be renewed if, in the case of an individual,
the licensee is not a resident of the State of Minnesota at the
time of renewal; if, in the case of a partnership, the managing
partner is not a resident of the State of Minnesota at the time
of renewal; or, in the case of a corporation, if the manager is
not a resident of the State of Minnesota at the time of
• renewal. The time for establishing residence may, for good
cause, be extended by the City Council.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and
publication.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of Anri 1 , 1998, by the City
Council of the City of Chanhassen.
