Ordinance 307CITY OF CHANHASSEN • CARVER AND HENNEPIN COUNTIES, MINNESOTA ORDINANCE NO. 307 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 20 OF THE CHANHASSEN CITY CODE, THE ZONING ORDINANCE The City Council of the City of Chanhassen ordains: Section 1. Chapter 20-906. Alternate lot size requirements in A-2 and RR Residential Zoning Districts of the Chanhassen City Code is amended by adding the following language in bold: (1) A one -unit per ten -acre density is maintained. This requirement shall not apply to lots of record in existence on January 15,1987 or lots created thereafter if they were subject to a pending subdivision application on that date and the lots were created as a result of that application. Section 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and publication. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Chanhassen City Council this 24th day of July, 2000. • ATTEST: Va Scott A.
