ORDINANCE NO.342
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18
OF THE CHANHASSEN CITY CODE
CONCERNING PAYMENT OF FEES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHANHASSEN ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 18-41 of the Chanhassen City Code is amended by
adding subparagraph (g) to provide as follows:
(g) The developer shall reimburse the City for the cost the City
incurred in preparation of environmental review including
environmental assessment worksheets, environmental impact
statements, alternative urban area -wide review, and alternate reviews.
• SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its
passage.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of April, 2003, by the City Council of
the City of Chanhassen, Minnesota.
