ORDINANCE NO. 346
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHANHASSEN, MINNESOTA
ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Lot 1, Block 7, HIDDEN VALLEY is zoned PUD. The allowed
uses of Lot 1, Block 7, HIDDEN VALLEY are hereby amended to include a day
care as an accessory use of the property.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its
passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 111h day of August, 2003, by the City Council
of the City of Chanhassen, Minnesota.
