AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 4
CHANHASSEN CITY CODE,
LICENSE AND PERMIT FEES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHANHASSEN, MINNESOTA ORDAINS:
Section 1. Section 4-30(c) 4 of the City Code, City of Chanhassen, Minnesota, is hereby
amended to read as follows:
2004 Park Fees (varies with land use) 100% of the fees are paid at time of final plat.
Park Dedication Fees:
Single Family/Duplex $2,800.00/dwelling
Multi-Family/Apartment Units $2,200.00/dwelling
Commercial/Industrial $7,000.00/acre
Section 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and
publication.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12' day of January, 2004, by the City Council of
the City of Chanhassen, Minnesota
