ORDINANCE NO.386
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2
OF THE CHANHASSEN CITY CODE
CONCERNING THE MAYOR'S TERM OF OFFICE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHANHASSEN, NIINNESOTA ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Chapter 2 of the Chanhassen City Code is amended by adding Section 2-4 to
provide:
See. 2-4. Term of Mayor.
The Mayor shall be elected for a four (4) year term commencing with the election to
be held in 2006.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and
publication.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13`h day of December, 2004, by the City Council of the
City of Chanhassen, Minnesota.
