Ordinance 386• 0 9 CITY OF CHANHASSEN CARVER AND HENNEPIN COUNTIES, MINNESOTA ORDINANCE NO.386 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2 OF THE CHANHASSEN CITY CODE CONCERNING THE MAYOR'S TERM OF OFFICE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHANHASSEN, NIINNESOTA ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Chapter 2 of the Chanhassen City Code is amended by adding Section 2-4 to provide: See. 2-4. Term of Mayor. The Mayor shall be elected for a four (4) year term commencing with the election to be held in 2006. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and publication.
