AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 7
CHANHASSEN CITY CODE
SECTION 7-22 GRADING AND EROSION CONTROL
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHANHASSEN, MINNESOTA ORDAINS:
Section 1. The City Code, City of Chanhassen, Minnesota, is hereby amended by adding
a section to be numbered 7-22 (m), which shall read as follows:
Grading plans shall include the following:
a) All existing and proposed drainage and utility easements must be shown.
b) All existing and proposed storm sewer must be shown.
c) Existing and proposed top of casting elevations.
d) Slopes shall be minimum 2%.
e) Slopes shall not exceed 3 (Horizontal):1 (Vertical).
f) Identify all existing and proposed retaining walls. Note the top and bottom
elevation.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and
publication.
