Ordinance 41200 • 0 CITY OF CHANHASSEN CARVER AND HENNEPIN COUNTIES, MINNESOTA ORDINANCE NO.412 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18 OF THE CHANHASSEN CITY CODE CONCERNING PARK LAND DEDICATION REQUIREMENTS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHANHASSEN, MINNESOTA ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 18-79(d) of the Chanhassen City Code is amended in its entirety to read as follows: (d) If the property being subdivided was previously subdivided, a credit will be given for similar requirements satisfied in conjunction with the previous subdivision. Requirements will be calculated based upon the increase in the population calculation and any change from residential to non-residential or non- residential to residential. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of February, 2006, by the City Council of the City of Chanhassen, Minnesota.
