ORDINANCE NO. 417
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 20 OF THE
CHANHASSEN CITY CODE, THE CITY'S ZONING ORDINANCE,
BY AMENDING A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHANHASSEN ORDAINS:
Section 1. Chapter 20 of the Chanhassen City Code, the City's zoning ordinance, is hereby
amended by amending the Chanhassen West Business Park Planned Unit Development Design
Standards, Section c. Setbacks, Lyman Boulevard, as follows:
Buffer yard, Setback building/parking (ft.)
Lyman Blvd. C, 50, 20
Section 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and publication.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Chanhassen City Council this 101h day of April, 2006.
