Ordinance 4470 • • CITY OF CHANHASSEN CARVER AND HENNEPIN COUNTIES, MINNESOTA ORDINANCE NO.447 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 10 OF THE CHANHASSEN CITY CODE CONCERNING 3.2 MALT LIQUOR THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHANHASSEN, MINNESOTA ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 10-19(d) of the Chanhassen City Code is amended to read: On -sale 3.2 percent malt liquor license. On -sale 3.2 percent malt liquor license may be issued to bona fide clubs, bowling centers, golf courses, including driving ranges, restaurants, and hotels where food is prepared and served for consumption on the premises only. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and publication. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9`h day of April, 2007, by the City Council of the City of Chanhassen, Minnesota.
