Ordinance 034c0 0 CITY OF CHANHASSEN CARVER AND HENNEPIN COUNTIES, MINNESOTA ORDINANCE NO. 34C } AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CHANHASSEN NON -INTOXICATING LIQUOR ORDINANCE THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHANHASSEN ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Chanhassen Ordinance No. 34 adopted February 24, 1969, and entitled "An Ordinance Licensing and Regulating the Sale and Consumption of Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquors and Providing a Penalty for the Violation Thereof", as amended by Ordinance No. 34A, adopted February 7, 1971, and as amended by Ordinance No. 34B, adopted June 23, 1975, is hereby amended by adding Subsection 10.02 to Section 10, reading as follows: 10.02 Consumption After Hours. On licensed premises no person or persons shall consume and no licensee shall permit the consumption of any non -intoxicating liquor fifteen (15) minutes after the sale of such non -intoxicating liquor is prohibited. SECTION 2. This ordinance becomes effective from and after its passage and publication. Section 1. Section 9 of Ordinance No. 34, adopted February 24, 1969, and as amended heretofore by Ordinances No. 34A and 34B, entitled "An Ordinance Licensing and Regulating the Sale and Consumption of Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor and Providing a Penalty for the Violation Thereof" is hereby amended by adding a subsection 9.13 reading as follows: "9.13. No licensee shall permit any person to remove and no person shall remove from the space or building named in the license for which it was granted, any bottle or receptacle which contains non -intoxicating malt liquor which has been opened, or the seal broken, or the contents of which have been partially removed. • Each licensee shall post, in a conspicuous location near each exit from the space or building named in the license for which it was granted, a sign advising the public of the penalties provided in the ordinance for the violation of the provisions of the previous sentence." Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and publication. Passed by the Council this 20th day of September , 1976.
