Ordinance 0370 VILLAGE OF CHANHASSEN CARVER AND HENNEPIN COUNTIES, MINNESOTA ORDINANCE NO.� AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING THE MAXIMUM PENALTY FOR ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS. THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF CHANHASSEN ORDAINS: SECTION 1. MAXIMUM PENALTY. Pursuant to Chapter 735, 1969 Minnesota Session Laws, all ordinances of the Village of Chanhassen which prescribe a fine or imprison- ment, or both, for violation thereof shall henceforth be deemed to prescribe 0 a maximum fine of $300 or imprisonment for 90 days, or both, and in either case the costs of prosecution may be added. SECTION 2., REPEAL. All Village ordinances or portions thereof in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE.
