Ordinance 047aiCITY OF CHANHASSEN CARVER AND HENNEPIN COUNTIES, MINNESOTA ORDINANCE 47 -AI AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.11 OF ORDINANCE 47 "THE CHANHASSEN ZONING ORDINANCE," ADOPTED FEBRUARY 8, 1972. THE CITY COUNCIL OF CHANHASSEN ORDAINS: SECTION 1. AMENDMENT. The Zoning ordinance is hereby further amended by adding the following tract of land to those tracts of land encompassed within the boundaries of the P-1, Planned Residential District as set forth in Section 14.11 as amended heretofore: 8. The plat of Fox Chase containing the tracts of land described on Exhibit A attached hereto. SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE.
