CITY OF CHANHASSEN
CARVER AND HENNEPIN COUNTIES, MINNESOTA
ORDINANCE NO. 52-A
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING COMPENSATION FOR MEMBERS OF THE CHANHASSEN
CITY COUNCIL.
The City Council of Chanhassen Ordains:
Section 1. Council Compensation. Members of the Chanhassen
City Council shall receive compensation from the City at a rate of
$95.00 per month.
Section 2. Compensation for Mayor. In addition to his
compensation as a Councilman, the Mayor of Chanhassen shall receive
$25.00 per month to reimburse him for expenses connected with said
office.
Section 3. Payment. Compensation shall be paid monthly.
Section 4. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become
effective January 1, 1977.
Passed by the Council this 18th day of October, 1976.
Publish in the Carver County Herald on October 21, 1976.
