ORDINANCE NO. 55
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE PARTIAL PREPAYMENT OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
The Council of the Village of Chanhassen Ordains:
Section 1. The owner of any property specially assessed for public improvements
may partially prepay said special assessment in any amount prion to certification
of the assessment or the first installment thereof to the County Auditor. All said
partial prepayments shall be made to the Village Treasurer. Any such prepayment
shall be credited to the principal amount of said assessment.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage and publication.
Passed by the Council this 24th day of September, 1973.
