AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE VI, SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS, OF
THE CHANHASSEN ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 80, ADOPTED FEBRUARY 19, 1987
THE CITY COUNCIL OF CHANHASSEN ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Article VI, Supplementary Regulations, of Zoning
Ordinance No. 80, as adopted and amended heretofore, is hereby
amended as follows:
Section 26. TELEPHONE EQUIPMENT BUILDINGS
Telephone equipment buildings are allowed in all zoning
districts as a conditional use subject to the following
standards:
6-26-1 Standards.
1. The site must provide landscaping as required in
Article VIII, Landscaping and Tree Removal
Regulations.
2. The driveway surface shall be surfaced with a
hard, all-weather, dust free and durable sur-
facing material.
3. The applicant shall receive an access permit
from the regulating agency.
4. The building shall meet the required setbacks
of the district in which it is located.
5. The equipment building shall be architectually
consistent with surrounding structures.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall become effective from and
after the date of its passage and official publication.
Passed and adopted by the Chanhassen City Council this 15th
day of June, 1987.
