82-37 j.- ~ ""~;. e CITY OF CHANHASSEN CARVER AND HENNEPIN COUNTIES, MINNESTOA RESOLUTION DATE: June 7, 1982 RESOLUTION NO: 82-37 MOTION BY COUNCILMAN: Neveaux SECONDED BY COUNCILMAN: Geving A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE REASSESSMENT ROLL FOR LOTS IN KELLYNNE ADDITION, PROJECT 71-1 WHEREAS, the City of Chanhassen, by various resolutions adopted heretofore authorized the construction and assessment of the North Area Sewer and Water Project 71-1, and WHEREAS, Section 429.071 of Minnesota Statutes autho:d:zes the City to levy supplemental assessments for the purpose of making corrections relating to the total cost of a public improvement project or relating to any other particular. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City 4It of Chanhassen, Minnesota, as follows: 1. That the assessments levied upon Lots 1 and 2, Block 1 and Lot 1, Block 2, Kellynne Addition on May 5, 1978 were erroneously placed and must be 'immediately deleted since said lots derive no lateral benefit from Project 71-1. 2. That assessments be immediately levied upon Lot 4, Block 1 and Lots 2 and 3, Block 2, Kellynne Addition as these lots derive lateral sanitary sewer benefit from Project 71-1. 3. That the amount of the assessments placed on the benefitting lots shall be equal to the remaining principal balance of the assessments as listed in Item 1, above. EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHANHASSEN COUNTIES OF CARVER AND HENNEPIN, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Chanhassen, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall in the City of Chanhassen on Monday, June 7, 1982, commencing at 7:30 o'clock p.m" C.T. The following members of the Council were present: Hamilton, Neveaux, Swenson, Geving, Horn and the following were absent: None **-,'c mh~ 1..:,* The Mayor announced that the meeting was convened for the consid- eration of the bids which had been received for the purchase of the Cityl s $3,955,000 General Obligation Improvement Bonds of 1982, as advertised for sale. The City Manager presented affidavits showing publication of notice of sale in the City's official newspaper and in Commercial West, a financial paper published in Minneapolis, Minnesota, which affidavits were examined, found satisfactory and ordered placed on file. The City Manager presented a tabulation of the bids which had been received in the manner specified in the notice of sale of the Bonds. The bids were as follows: ,. 't e e e . , .
