A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 1985 BUDGET, THE 1985 FEDERAL
REVENUE SHARING BUDGET, AND ESTABLISHING TAX LEVIES FOR 1985
BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council of the City of Chanhassen
that the 1985 Budget for the City of Chanhassen is hereby adopted
in the aggregate revenue and expenditure amounts of $2,336,310
and $2,282,310, respectfully, such being further detailed in the
1985 Budget document which is hereby made a part hereof; and
BE IT RESOLVED That the 1985 Revenue Sharing Budget for 1985,
in the aggregate revenue and expenditure amounts of $63,350 and
$39,350 - such as detailed in the heretofore adopted budget docu-
ment, is hereby adopted; and
BE IT RESOLVED That the following sums of money have been
scheduled as "Certified Levies" as a part of the bond resolutions
originally passed for such bond debt - such to be levied in 1984
for collection in 1985 upon the taxable property in said City of
Chanhassen and as shown in this resolution; and
BE IT RESOLVED That the City Council of the City of
Chanhassen hereby determines that certain bonded indebtedness
levies are hereby adopted to meet current and future bond
requirements and that the County Auditor is hereby authorized and
directed to increase or reduce the previously adopted bonded debt
levies as shown below; and
BE IT RESOLVED That the City of Chanhassen hereby establishes
a revised 1984 Budget as the official control for the City of
Chanhassen for 1984 as shown in the before hereto adopted 1985
Budget under the column shown as "1984 Estimated" Budget for each
of the operation funds of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the City of Chanhassen
hereby authorizes the County Auditor to levy the following
amounts upon taxable property in the City of Chanhassen, in
accordance with the heretofore established budget and bonded debt
findings in 1984, for collection in 1985, as setforth below:
