I I.()" ~ Cl1anhaSsenCity Council lias conducted a hearing preceded by two (2) weeks published and posted notice to consider the vacation of the following described easement: That part of the south 6.00 feet of Lot 3, Block 2, LOTUS LAKE ESTATES, lying east of the west 10.00 feet thereof and lying west of the east 10.00 feet thereof, Carver County, Minnesota; and e WHEREAS, it appears that it is in the public interest to vacate the easement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chanhassen: 1. The above described easement is hereby vacated. 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the County Auditor and County Recorder. ADOPTED this 14th day of January , 1991, by the City Council of the city of Chanhassen.
