RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING DEVELOPMENT FEE SCHEDULE
WHEREAS, it was found that the City had not revised their
development fee schedule for at least the past 5 years; and
WHEREAS, due to staff time, rising costs and fees associated
with consultants, studies and with plan reviews, staff conducted a
survey of fees charged by similar communi ties within the Twin
cities area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Chanhassen City
Council hereby adopts the attached Development Fee Schedule marked
Exhibit A.
Passed and adopted by the Chanhassen City Council this 14th
day of January, 1991.
