A RESOLUTION APPROVING COUNTY STATE AID HIGHWAY REVOCATION,
COUNTY STATE AID HIGHWAY NO. 12, STOUGHTON AVENUE
WHEREAS, the County Board of the County of Carver adopted a
resolution revoking the designation of County State Aid Highway No.
12 within the corporate limits of the City of Chanhassen as
follows:
That portion of county State Aid Highway No. 12, also named
Stoughton Avenue, said highway beginning at a point on Trunk
Highway No. 212, said point being located approximately 400
feet north and 1650 fQet east of the south quarter corner of
section 34, Township 116 North, Range 23 West, thence along
the center line of Stoughton Avenue described as follows:
From said point of beginning extending southwesterly across
the South ~ of the Southeast Quarter (S ~, SE %) of said
section 34 and continuing southwesterly across the North ~ of
section 3, Township 115 North, Range 23 West, to a point on
the east limits of the City of Chaska, said point being on the
center line of Stoughton Avenue, and there terminating.
WHEREAS, the County Board of the County of Carver did adopt
Resolution No. 23-91 designating County State Aid Highway ~umber 14
within the corporate limits of the City of Chanhassen as follows:
Beginning at a point on County State Aid Highway Number 15 (as
designated in said Resolution No. 23-91), said point being
approximately 200 feet west of the northeast corner of the
Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE%, SW %) of
section 27, Township 116 North, Range 23 West; thence along
the center line of said County State Aid Highway Number 14 on
an assumed bearing of South 89 degrees 11 minutes 21 seconds
East a distance of 274.96 feet, thence northeasterly, a
distance of 920.83 feet, along a tangential curve concave to
the northwest having a radius of 954.93 feet and a central
angle of 55 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds; thence North 35
degrees 33 minutes 39 seconds East a distance of 1351.42 feet,
thence northeasterly, a distance 1274.16 feet, along a
tangential curve concave to the southeast having a radius of
1145.92 feet and a central angle of 63 degrees 42 minutes 28
seconds; thence South 80 degrees 43 minutes 53 seconds East a
distance of 1956.39 feet, thence southeasterly, a distance of
291.25 feet, along a tangential curve concave to the southwest
having a radius of 1432.39 feet and a central angle of 11
degrees 39 minutes 00 seconds; thence South 69 degrees 04

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City.
of Chanhassen that said revocation of County State Aid Highway No.

the County Board, a copy of' which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof, is in all things approved.
Passed and adopted by the Chanhassen City council this 12th
day of August, 1991.

RESOLUTION REVISING COUNTY STATE AID HIGHWAY SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the County of Carver has proposed a revisior'! of the county state aid highway
system within the Cities. of Chanhassen and Chaska, and
WHEREAS, it appears to the County Board of the County of CarVer that the roads
hereinafter described should be revoked as County State Aid Highways under
provisions of Minnesota Laws,
NOW THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED, by the County Board of the County of Carver that
the roads described as follows, to-wit:

PORTION OF COUNTY STA.TE AID HIGHWAY NO. 10 (NON-EXISTENT ROADWAY)
Beginning at a point on Trunk Highway No. 212 in the City of Chaska, said
point being at or near the northwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of the
Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE %, SE %, SW %) of
Section 34, Township 116 North, Range 23 West; thence westerly across
the South One-Half of the Southwest Quarter (S ~, SW %) of said Section
34, to.a point on County State Aid Highway No. 15, being 500 feet north
of the Southwest corner of said Section 34, and there terminating, and
COUNTY STATE AID HIGHWAY NO. 12
Beginning at a point on the center line of Trunk Highway No. 212 in the City
