BACKGROUND
Anxon, Inc. has requested that the drainage and utility easements between Lots 1 and Lot
2, Block 1, Seven-Forty One Crossing be vacated. The reason for the vacation ofthese
easements is due to the lot line between Lot 1 and Lot 2 shifting to accommodate the
proposed Walgreens. A new drainage and utility easementisnot needed along the
proposed lot line because there are no public utilities in this area. The utilities in this area
will be privately owned and maintained.

Staff recommends that the Chanhassen City Council approve
(10) feet of drainage and utility easement between Lots 1 and
