The reason for the vacation ofthese easements is due to the lot line between Lot 1 and Lot 2 shifting to accommodate the proposed Walgreens. A new drainage and utility easementisnot needed along the proposed lot line because there are no public utilities in this area. The utilities in this area will be privately owned and maintained. Easement to be vacated.
