1984 06 26 I I I SPECIAL CHANHASSEN CITY COUNCIL MEETING JUNE 26, 1984 Mayor Hamilton called the meeting to order. Members Present Councilman Horn, Councilwoman Watson, Councilwoman Swenson Member Absent Councilman Geving Staff Present Don Ashworth Scott Winter, County Assessor BOARD OF EQUALIZATION: The City Council met on June 26 as the Board of Review-and Equalization. Parcels reviewed are as shown on the attached Exhibit A and made a part hereof. Persons shown to be present were afforded an opportunity to discuss their assessment with the City Council and to hear the recommendation and justification being presented by the County Assessor, Scott Winter. The City Council decision on each of the parcels questioned is as shown on the attached exhibit. WORK SESSION: Council members reviewed the 1983 financial documents. Voto, Reardon, Tautges, the City Auditor's, reviewed the following three documents with the Council. 1983 Audit Report Financing Local Government in the 1980's Management Report and Recommendation General discussion occurred by the City Council. No action was taken. Councilwoman Watson moved to adjourn. Motion seconded by Councilwoman Swenson. The following voted in favor: Mayor Hamilton, Councilwomen Watson and Swenson, Councilman Horn. No negative votes. Motion carried.
