1984 12 20 I I I 1 -~ CITY COUNCIL MINUTES SPECIAL MEETING DECEMBER 20, 1984 Mayor Hamilton called the meeting to order. MEMBERS PRESENT Councilman Horn, Councilwoman Watson and Councilwoman Swenson. REQUEST FOR RECONSIDERATION OF PROPOSED SUBDIVISION 6200 AND 6230 MURRAY HILL ROAD, WAYNE FRANSDAL, APPLICANT. Ashworth explained that the applicant is requesting recon- sideration because of the condition to extend the lot lines of proposed Parcel B to the western boundaries of the parcel. Hamilton moved seconded by Horn, to reconsider said item. All voted in favor and the motion carried. Ashworth explained that the applicant feels that because of topographical conditions on the western boundary of the plat and because the future resubdivision of the area to the west of the subject parcel is uncertain, extending the lot lines of Parcel B is unnecessary. Ashworth explained that the applicant wants the additional area attached to his home site (Parcel A). Horn moved, seconded by Watson, to approve the subdivision as submitted conditioned upon the applicant platting the sub- division. All voted in favor and the motion carried. Watson moved, seconded by Horn, to adjourn the special meeting. All voted in favor and the motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 9:40 p.m.
