All voted in favor and Michael Taylorr Parcel No. 25-5500400: Mr. Taylor feels his valuation is not cce~arable to his neighbors. The Assessor recceme~z~ that the valuation remain at $115,300. A motion was made by Mayor Hamilton and secorz%ed by Councilman Geving to reduce the valuation on Parcel No. 25-5500400 to $104,000. Ail voted in favor and the motion carried. Craig Anderson~ Parcel No. 25-8610080: The assessed value on Mr. Ander~'s property is $138,200 and the t:~.tr~_~ price was $139,900. He fe~-!- the valuation should be 90% of the imlrc/~-e price. The Assessor reccez~.nded that the valuation remain at $138,200. A motion was made by Mayor ~nilton ar~ seconded by Councilman Horn to reduce the valuation to $126,000. All voted in favor and the motion carried. Michael Wegler~ Parcel No. 25-1600420: Mr. We~ler bought the property last Iaga__r for $800 and the assessed value is $8,600 and no sewer or water is available to the property. The Assessor recce~er~s the valuation be reduced to $800. A motion was made by Councilman Horn and seconded by Counctlm~n Geving to reduce the valuation on Parcel No. 25-1600420 to $700. All voted in favor and the motion carried. The Assessor re~zm~nends reducing the valuation to $107,200 because of Highway 7 influence (noise). A motion was made by Councilman Boyt and seconded by Councilman Horn to reduce the value on Parcel No. 25-4500010 to $107,200 as reo~Ymended by the Assessor. The following voted in favor: Counci~ Boyt, Johnson, Horn, and Geving. Mayor Hamilton voted no. Motion carried. ~ Hendersonr Parcel No. 25-7610020: Mr. Henderson feels his valuation is too high. The Assessor recc~mends the the property remain valued at $93,200 as he purchased the property for $106,550. A motion was made by Councilman Geving and seconded by Councilman Horn to reduce the valuation on Parcel No. 25-7610020 to $85,000. All voted in favor and the motion carried. Chanhassen Bowl~ Parcel No. 25-1950020: Mr. Dorek felt that the valuation of $1,493,700 on the Bowling Center was too high. The Assessor recca~nended no change. A motion was made by Mayor Hamilton and seconOsd by Councilman Johnson to reduce the valuation on Parcel No. 25-1950020 to $1,100,000. All voted in favor and the motion carried. A motion was made by Councilman Geving and seconded by Councilman Horn that the Assessor's rec~Yme_ndations be approved for the parcels listed on Exhibit A, attached, with the exception of the specific changes voted on by the Board during the individual review proces.
