On April 9, the Environmental Commission met and chose the winners at their regular meeting. The grand prize winner was Laura Wondra, second place was Molly Lass and third place went to Meredith Workman. The Commission requests that awards be presented to the recipients at the April 28th City Council meeting. The grand prize winner will receive a $100 gift certificate for a potted tree donated by Halla Nursery and Garden Center, hex poster will be framed and hung in city hail, and her poster will be printed on table tents which will be distributed to local restamaats advc~dsing the Arbor Day celebration. The second and third place winnels will be presented with coupons for potted spruce trees that will be available at this year's Arbor Day event on May 3.
