Hello agln UII Sacchet,
You asked me to emall you directly, so you can give
this to the City of Chanhassen.
You came by my house on 8/05/2002 and after we talked,
you backed out of my driveway and fell of the side.
You would have needed a tow truck to pull you out but
one of my workman pulled you out with his large truck
and with a heavy chain. The damage caused by your car
and pulling It out from the heavy buck pulling the
weight of your car, out of the ditch Is $250.00. !
need to get a load of ground up blacktop and rent a
blacktop roller to realr the damage caused by that
Incident. At the time you offered to pay for the
damages. ! told you that ! would get back to you when
! had the damage cost. You said that was fine. Thank
you for your patience. ! appreciate you following
through on your wordl

On March 12, 2001, th~ City Council approved Site Plan 2001-2 for a

located on Lot 8, Block 1, Chanhassen ~ Business Park 7a Addition

the~ changes administrativeJy unless otherwise directed by the City Cotmcfl.
We have given the applicant permission to submit revised plans, but wanted to
make thc City Council aware of these changes. It is our opinion that these
changes arc minor.
The original plan showed a U-shaped designed building with four loading docks
located inside thc "U" and completely screened from views. The applicant is

proposing to change the shape of the Imilding to a rectangle to meet the needs of
a client. The loading docks have been increased to five, but will still be hidden
from views by the building itself. The architectural features on the building, as
well as the m~texials, will remain the same.
The original plan showed parking on three sides of the building (one mw along
the east, two rows along the west, and one row along the southewn portion of the
site). The proposed revision limits parking to two sides only (one mw of
parking on the west and two rows tm the south).
