City Council approval requires a simple majority vote of the City Council present. " BACKGROUND On January 23, 2009 an administrative subdivision was approved which changed the orientation of the common lot line between Lots 9 and 10, Block 1, Highcrest Meadows. Project area The City of Chanhassen · A growing community with clean lakes, quality schools, a charming downtown, thriving businesses, winding trails, and beautiful parks. A great place to live, work, and play. "Parcel A" represents the newly described Lot 9 and "Parcel B" as Lot I O.
