PARTNERHIP PROGRAM AUTHORIZATION RESOLUTION
STATE PROJECT 1009-969A (TH 101=187)
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Chanhassen enter into Mn/DOT Agreement
No. 94050 with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following
purposes:
To provide for payment by the State to the City of the State's share of the acquisition
costs of the landscape material to be placed along and adjacent to Trunk Highway
No. 101 from 500 feet south of 86th Street to Mission Rills Lane within the corporate City
limits under State Project No. 1009-969A (T.R. 101=187).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Manager are authorized to
execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
Passed and adopted by the Chanhassen City Council this 23rd day of February, 2009.
