PROPOSED MOTION
"The City Council is recommended to vacate the drainage and utility easements
on Lots 6,8, 12 and 13, Block 1, Highcrest Meadows as shown on the surveys
prepared by Westwood Professional Services dated January 13,2009.
City Council approval requires a simple majority vote of the City Council
present. "
BACKGROUND
On May 13,2009, an administrative subdivisions were approved which changed
the orientation of the common lot lines between Lots 6 and 8 Block 1, Lots 12 and
13, Block 1 and Lots 5 and 12, Block 5, Highcrest Meadows.

The lot line adjustments were necessary so that the style of home will comply with the maximum
impervious surface requirement.
As a result ofthe lot line adjustments, Pulte Homes has requested that portions of the platted
drainage and utility easements between Lots 6 and 8, Block 1 and Lots 12 and 13, Block 1 be
vacated. An easement vacation is not required between Lots 5 and 12, Block 5. New easements,
as needed, are provided per the attached descriptions.
Gopher State One Locates show no evidence of any public or private utilities within the
proposed vacation area.
