Ordinance 484CITY OF CHANHASSEN CARVER AND HENNEPIN COUNTIES, MINNESOTA ORDINANCE NO.484 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 20 OF THE CHANHASSEN CITY CODE, THE CITY'S ZONING ORDINANCE, BY AMENDING A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHANHASSEN ORDAINS: Section 1. Chapter 20 of the Chanhassen City Code, the City's zoning ordinance, is hereby amended by amending the Chanhassen Business Center Planned Unit Development Design Standards, Section a. Intent, to read as follows: The purpose of this zone is to create a PUD light industrial/office park. The use of the PUD zone is to allow for more flexible design standards while creating a higher quality and more sensitive proposal. All utilities are required to be placed underground. Each lot proposed for development shall proceed through site plan review based on the development standards outlined below. Except as specifically provided herein, the subject property is subject to the requirements of the IOP, Industrial Office Park District, zoning district, and the City Code supplemental and off-street parking requirements as may be amended. Section 2. The Development Design Standards, Section d. Development Standards Tabulation Box, shall be amended by revising the subsection pertaining to Chanhassen Business Park 4th Addition (Outlot D) as follows: Chanhassen Business Park 4rh and 5th Additions (Outlot D) Lot # Lot Size - Acres Building Sq.
