City Council approval requires a simple/super majority vote of the City Council present. BACKGROUND On behalf of JECWF Trust, Steve and Jodi Wolfhave requested that the side yard drainage and utility easements on Lots 4 and 5, Block 2, The Arbors be vacated. There are no public or private utilities within the easements that are proposed to be vacated. New perimeter drainage and utility easements will be dedicated, as shown above. The side yard drainage and utility easement on Outlot B (shown in yellow) is proposed to be vacated as well, however it was not included in the notice for this hearing.
