PROPOSED MOTION
"The City Council accepts the street and utility improvements in Frontier 3rd
Addition, Project No. 03-07, for perpetual maintenance and ownership."
City Council approval requires a simple majority vote of the City Council
present.
Staff has received a letter from Mr. Curt Kallio of Kallio Engineering, Inc.
requesting the City consider acceptance of the public street and utility
improvements in Frontier 3rd Addition. Staffhas performed a walk-through
inspection and finds the improvements acceptable for perpetual maintenance and
ownership.

completed in accordance with city specifications. There were several plan changes approved by
the city during construction as represented in the record plan.
All of the property corners for Parcels A and B of Lot 2, FRONTIER THIRD ADDITION are in
place as of 6/30/08.
