2010-67 CITY OF CHANHASSEN CARVER AND HENNEPIN COUNTIES, MINNESOTA DATE: July 12, 2010 RESOLUTION NO: 2010 -67 MOTION BY: Ernst SECONDED BY: Litsey A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ELECTION JUDGES AND ESTABLISHING THEIR RATES OF PAY FOR THE PRIMARY ELECTION ON AUGUST 10, 2010 & THE GENERAL ELECTION ON NOVEMBER 2, 2010 WHEREAS, the City of Chanhassen is required by law to adopt a resolution appointing the election judges for the Primary & General Elections and establishing the rates of pay for such. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chanhassen that the election judges for said Elections are as listed on the attached Exhibit A, with the rate of pay established as follows: Head Judges $10 per hour Assistant Head Judges $9 per hour Judges $8 per hour Joanne Meuwissen $12 per hour Additionally, staff may recruit additional judges or reassign judges to other precincts as may be necessary.
