PROPOSED MOTION
"The City Council is recommended to vacate a portion of the drainage and
utility easements on Lots 2 and 3, Block 1 Fox Hill as shown on the attached
survey prepared by Hedlund Engineering, subject to recording of the lot line
adjustments and recording of the new drainage and utility easements.
City Council approval requires a simple majority vote of the City Council
present.
The applicant has requested that the lot lines
within the Fox Hill plat (shown in grey) be
adjusted to accommodate a typical home style.
