SUBJ: Authorization for public auction of tax forfeited parcels
Attached is a listing of conservation and non - conservation land located in the City of Chanhassen.
Minnesota Statute 282.01 requires City Council action approving the parcels for public auction, auction to
adjacent owners or request a conveyance to the City for public use. I have circulated the list to pertinent
staff for interest in conveyance to the City for public use. The response was negative and recommend the
City Council approve the attached parcels for public auction.
